At Nav Uday, we carefully select volunteers to ensure a positive and meaningful experience for both the
volunteers and our clients. Interested individuals are required to submit an application containing:
- Full name and contact details
- Educational qualifications
- Relevant experience (if any)
- Extracurricular activities and hobbies
- Any supporting documents or references

Interview and Screening
Applicants undergo an interview process conducted by the supervisory team to assess their suitability, interests, skills, and
availability for volunteer work within the organization.
Role Allocation
Volunteers are assigned responsibilities based on their skills, interests, and the needs of the organization. Tasks may include:
- Conducting client activities and engagement sessions
- Assisting in organizing events and celebrations
- Supporting awareness campaigns and social media initiatives
- Assisting with administrative and operational work
- Providing support during recreational, cultural, and group activities
Volunteer Guidelines and Responsibilities
All volunteers are expected to:
- Commit to the agreed duration, schedule, and responsibilities of their volunteer service.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and respect.
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients and organizational information.
- Participate in orientation and training programs provided by the organization.
- Communicate openly and honestly with supervisors and team members.
- Accept responsibilities that align with their abilities and fulfill assigned commitments diligently.
- Follow the organization's policies, guidelines, dress code, and code of conduct. Inform supervisors in advance if they are unable to continue or attend assigned duties.
- Exercise sound judgment and seek guidance whenever unsure about a task or situation.
- Serve as responsible representatives of the organization and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.

Volunteers provide supportive assistance and engagement activities. Clinical, therapeutic, or
other professional responsibilities remain under the supervision and authority of qualified
professionals and staff members.
